Data we collect: name, company, role, email, country, buyer type, varieties of interest, estimated volume, and message, submitted via the contact form.

Purpose: respond to the request, evaluate commercial opportunities, and maintain follow-up communication. We do not share data with parties other than our technology providers (Resend, Vercel, Upstash) under confidentiality agreements.

Retention: 24 months since last contact, unless deletion is requested.
